Question: Pain in groin area what is it?
Hi.. ive recently had a spot with a yellow head come. its pea sized and its on my bits since i havent shaven for a while and i usually do i though it was because of this.. but today my groin is very painful too.. is this because of the spot i have??

Hard to say without an examination. Best to go see the doctor and they will be able to tell you.
Could be, depends where the pain is in relation to the spot. Why not burst it and see if that helps.
