Question: If you had Mirena, and it fell out did u feel it or know when it came.out? ?
If u had mirena and it fell out, did u know it came out or feel it? I'm not sure it came out... I didn't feel anything coming out but when I went back into the restroom I saw a white 'T' shaped thing but one side was bent over and I didn't see any strings. I didn't think much of it but now I am wishing I had grabbed it out to be sure...

Definitely your IUD. You won't necessarily feel it come out- it can slip over time and then just fall out.
Protect yourself until you can get to your doctor, he'll check to be sure and put in a new one if desired!
