I personally do not think that it's unmanly or makes you a wuss. I have witnessed multiply guys being hit in the balls and all of them have gone down. It's a very painful thing to happen, and you should not be thought of as a wuss because of it. I'm sure that they have felt bad pain before and have shown it.
Anyway, if they judge you, make fun of you or dislike you because you felt an excruciating pain, then trust me, they aren't worth your time =]

No there is nothing to be worried about ,i'm not a boy but i think this is totally unintentional for boys to go down there when they get hit.
