Is the labia minora usually visible in babies and young children?!

Question: Is the labia minora usually visible in babies and young children?
Just wondering cause I didn't notice mine until puberty. They just sort of "grew in", and I didn't even think I had them until then.

They did enlarge in puberty. Women's genitals are like boys' in that way. If you've ever seen a little boy, they have small genitals. Their genitals grow during puberty, and so do ours.
