Sometimes... if they are not that bad. Either that or they never really go away but they lessen. You can get rid of a lot of yeast infections and prevent them by eating a balanced diet and cutting most sugar out of your diet. No sodas or desserts or candy, etc. Eat a good yogurt from the health food store. That helps.

Does it look like its going away on its own? You need to get some treatment, either see your doctor or buy something at the Pharmacy. Usually its a pessary and cream but you can get an oral tablet from your doctor.
