Period 22 days late, now red spotting?!

I'm 20 my period was 22 days late, negative HPT when I was 20 days late . Then yesterday at 1am I started spotting, bright red. I don't feel like I'm having my period. I don't feel anything, no pain or cramps. I'm still spotting today, I'm wearing a light tampon, just in case my period decides to suddenly come. But only the top corner has a spot of blood on it, and if I don't wear a tampon there's only a spot of blood on my first wipe. I'm confused and I can't go to the Dr. yet cause I'm changing my health plan. But in 15-30 days I can go. I'm really confused, should I be worried? I haven't been under any stress lately and I haven't made any changes. Also my nipples are sore when touched.
