That's completely normal. Birth control tends to cause bleeding and spotting until your body gets use to the hormones. Then it will regulate your period. Just keep taking it.
you can certainly go to your doctor's or you can visit your local family planning center where they can change you to another birth control which might suit you, there is loads of new ones..... Good luck i had same problem but got sorted at my local family planning and my gp was great
stop taking the pill, go to the doctor, then see what he recommends to use for "Birth Control"
