Is it normal for a girl to have a "happy trail" and hair around her ni!

Question: Is it normal for a girl to have a "happy trail" and hair around her nipples?
I'm 14 years old and I'm curious if it's odd for me to have a few dark hair around my nipples and a happy trail. I know a lot of women get this but I'm worried that I may have a hormone problem of some sort and I have too much testosterone or too little estrogen. I've been taking some all natural pills to help regulate my hormones for a different reason and I'm wondering if these pills might reduce the hair growth in these places. Is it normal for a girl my age have hair in these places? Will the pills I'm currently taking reduce these hairs?

Perfectly normal. :) We have hair in all the same places men do. Ours is usually just finer and lighter. I'm positive that you have no hormone problems and urge you not to use those pills as you are still going through puberty and that could mess with other things in your development. If it really bothers you, shave it. Or use lemon juice and a hair dryer to lighten it to an unnoticeable blond. But please don't take anything until you are completely done growing and with a doctor's approval. You're normal. And you're going to be fine.

i have that

Only a doctor can properly diagnose a deficiency in estrogen or testosterone. A multivitamin is probably the only "pill" you need at a young age and taking some "pills" may even cause more harm than good since your body is still growing.

Many women have lots of unwanted hair - and some men lack even the basic ability to grow facial hair. Hormones vary from person to person. Hair varies greatly from person to person. For the vast majority hormones are at normal levels but their body simply has different secondary traits (hair, smell, genitalia, breasts etc.).

We all are unique but with hair I'm sure you will find as you get older that MANY women have hair problems that make yours look less abnormal. Waxing is a decent part of business in cosmetics so that gives you a idea of how many women fight the fight of hair in unwanted places - many men fight the unique hair growth patterns too. Think patchy hair instead of the "full" hairy chested man the TV projects.
