Having issues in the private area of body!?!

I'll just give you a run down of all the issues ive been having lately... I ended up getting a uti several months ago that I had ignored for quite sometime because it wasn't bothering me too bad and I also didn't have health insurance either, dumb thing to do.. but I guess it ended up spreading to my kidney because I ended up getting fever, chills, muscle aches and lower back pain.. so I went to the doctor and she gave me a script for antibiotics for 10 days and it cleared up... then I developed a yeast infection that i assumed was from the antibiotics so I took a 3 day treatment and it was cured... then a week or two later I had sex with my partner who I've been with for 6 months.. and I was sore afterwards which is normal for me... and the next day or two, I was still sore and so I looked down there and there was an irritated spot on my inner labia next to my vaginal opening... then within the last couple of days its developed into an ulceration... redness with yellow center.. looks like a canker sore.. no other symptoms... what the heck is going on!!! I've already thought of stds but it seems so unlikely.
