I dou t he actually felt this, but yes, kind of.
When you get turned on your blood rushes to your vagina and clitoris. So like a pulse it pumps a little bit. And also when your really turned on you might have really small spasms/contractions like the begining of an orgasm say if your dry humping or being touched.
