Okay, I can suggest some things for you to do. Using your hot water bottle is one of the best things you can do for your cramps. Of course you might want to try other forms of heat such as a hot bath which is very popular for cramps. Other methods that girls liked were:

Pressure: You might find that putting pressure on your stomach where it hurts can help a lot. Some girls just do a deep massage, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyhqd4r9q…
just put straight manual pressure on it, or put some type of weight on it and relax. Or, you can lay on your stomach on something like a small pillow, rolled up blanket or ball of some kind. Check these links. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lr92UvwGx… and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bx1Te5oUS…

Ice: You can put an ice bag or ice pack on your stomach for relief. If you don't have one you can either wrap ice cubes in a washcloth or use a bag of frozen vegetables like peas or corn. Many girls thought this worked even better than an ice bag. Not a lot of girls used ice, only the ones with extreme cramps. It was all they said would ease them.

Exercise: Gentle exercising can help. Something like easy, slow walking, Yoga, stretching your abdominal area, even doing belly rolls. Anything to gently get your abdomen moving can ease cramps.

Ointments/creams: Many girls used these. Things like Tiger Balm, Icy Hot, Ben Gay, etc. There are many more you can find at the drug store or even Walmart. Sometimes they used these in conjunction with abdominal massage. Just be sure you test them on a small area of skin before rubbing on your stomach in case of skin irritation.

Sorry your pain is so bad but maybe you can find something here in answers to alleviate it some. Good luck! :)

Numerous in depth surveys on menstrual cramping...

Ask your doctor about Naproxen. Its an anti-inflammatory. Works amazing. Some women have a rare disorder (can't remember what its called), that causes almost unbearable pain during menstruation. Naproxen lessens this tenfold. I promise you.
