A tubal ligation (having your tubes "tied") does NOT stop your menstrual cycle.

You could have a hysterectomy which is the removal of your uterus and would permanently eliminate your menstrual cycle.

You could have a uterine ablation. This is a process where the wall of the uterus is cauterized, and it results in your not having menstrual cycles for some time but it is not permanent (because you MAY change your mind in the future).

Tying your tubes is no good as it only stops the egg escaping, not the bleeding. I don't know what Seasonique is but taking the Pill consistently can get rid of bleeding for months at a time. There is no reason you have to bleed every month. I did that for several years back in the 80s. (though they did advise occasional bleeding). Ask your doc or Planned Parenthood about taking it all the time. There are no other remedies. (ovary removal = instant menopause with grey hair and osteoporosis, you don't want that).

Sorry to say but its part of your "menstrual cycle" and there really nothing you can do about it. A positive thing though is that it goes away naturally around the age of 45 for women.

Well the quick and easiest solution to that is BIRTH CONTROL! Although, many people don't enjoy ''nature's gift'', it gets rid of excess waste. Pretty important if you ask me, just cope with it.

About this "i DO NOT want kids" part...you don't have the right to decide that for your husband/future husband! so don't hurt yourself or your husband just because you "don't like it".
