How can i take capsule pill?!

My aunt taught me this when I was little and it works.

Act as if you are yawning. Feel how your soft palate/upper back of your mouth raises up? OK, drink a bit of water first to wet your mouth and throat. Put the pill in your mouth, toss it in to the back if you must. Take a mouth full of water, well, enough to swallow not a sip. Make your soft palate raise and you swallow, with your head tilted back--you can toss it back too.

Opening it will be GROSS. I've tried that and no don't do it. If you're nauseated now, just wait.

If all else fails, call your pharmacy and ask if they have that medicine in liquid. They can compound it into a liquid for you. Even flavor it.

i would advise you to take the whole capsule but if you really cant then im pretty sure you can open the capsule and consume the powder, it would probably taste really bad though. either way you get the medicine in you. just dont snort it or do something stupid like that.

Try putting it inside a Jello or something.
Then just swallow it :)
