Question: I lose 10 pounds in like 2 weeks! is this good results? i havent ate that much?
cause im on a low fat diet my dr told me to go on! i was 200 now im 190! ahh i wanna go down to 140! how can i make this happen? i really havent excercised. today i ate a whole dinner of tuna helper!!! i love that pasta! its been forever since i ate it! ugh i feel full! what a waste!!!

To be honest, each week you are to lose a pound only. It is not healthy to have that big change in your weight as your body can't adjust carefully.



Ok first things 1st. No tuna helper!!!! lol Tuna alone is awesome though. 10 pounds in 2 weeks is awesome, ignore ppl who say it is too much to lose that fast. You always lose the most when you 1st start a diet because of water retention you are losing and your body is being shocked. Your weight loss will sow down soon, probably 1 to 3 pounds a week, which is healthy. Don't give up, you should exercise, it will really help you lose weight faster and you will look more toned, good luck!
