How to deal with pelvic pain associated with PCOS?!

Question: How to deal with pelvic pain associated with PCOS?
Yesterday I was diagnosed with PCOS. My OBGYN informed me that I do not have any cysts on my ovaries, but I have many follicles on my left ovary. She said that my blood work is what confirmed that I have it. Well, I have been having slight "pain" on my left side for about a month now. And when she diagnosed me she basically gave me a small rundown of what PCOS is and how I need to manage my weight and change my eating habits. However she never informed me of what I can do to manage the pain. It's definitely not unbearable, just uncomfortable. What do you do to manage your PCOS related pelvic pain?

Your pain could be unrelated to PCOS.

However, you could just try aspirin, or Tylenol or Motrin etc.
Also, applying heat could also help.
You can purchase disposable little heating wraps (called Therma Care ) you can wear these small thin type wraps on your stomach underneath your panties -
They sell these at the supermarket or pharmacy -
There are other brands also. Check out the analgesic aisle.
