it was dry and looked like i drew on my under wear with chalk it was dry thoo like i coulint wipe it off

its just Vaginal Discharge. All women get this usually around the time of their period. its totally normal. And the reason its not coming back is because its probably dry. just put on a Pantyliner and don't worry too much.
if it turns yellow or green, or smells, THATS when you should call a doctor.
