Question: Tried to skip my period and now spotting. Can i stop taking them and get my period now?
I tried to skip my period on Alesse and now i am spotting. I just took my 9th pill on the 2nd pack today, and started spotting yesterday. Can i just stop taking the rest of the pills and get an actual period now instead of suffering spotting for another week or two?

Absolutely. It is very common for woman to spot when attempting to miss a period. I have never in my whole life been able to skip a period without some kind of annoying spotting. So yes you can stop and you should start your period soon their after. Make sure you use protection if you are sexually active and don't want to get pregnant. Woman kinda get nailed when it comes to the whole period thing. I gave up on skipping! LOL it was impossible for me. Good luck honey. Hope it works out for you.
