My vagina has a slight consistent burning. No insurance. Yeast infection?!

Question: My vagina has a slight consistent burning. No insurance. Yeast infection?
It was happening for about 2 days and then started to go away. The next day, my boyfriend and I had sex. Then the burning came back pretty strong. It was intense for about an hr. After I went to bed an woke up this morning, its back to slightly burning. I have no foul odor, or unusual discharge. My boyfriend looked and he said he does not see anything unusual. Just maybe very slight redness.

I would love to go to a doctor, but I dont have insurance, and really just cant afford to pay out of pocket, or be billed $500 down the line :/

My question is if this could be a yeast infection with no discharge or odor.? and also, if ive never had a yeast infection before, if i have to go to the gyno before i can use an OTC remedy like vagisil or monistat ?

THANK YOU!

Answers:

e, yeast infections sometimes don't have any symptoms and for others they having itching, burning urine so I would first try eating yogurt and drink cranberry juice for about 3-4 days, if this doesn't work try the Monistat or vagisil, if nothing works u won't have a choice because a yeast infection could turn into UTI ( urinary tract infection ) which can travel to ur kidneys. Usually there is a clinic in each town that charges according to how much a year charging u nothing. Good Luck
