What are the signs before your first period?!

Stomach cramps, Nausea and headaches are all signs of periods. I think they might be symptoms because with period pain a hot bath or hot water bottle will make the pain go away. Don't worry though, I had symtoms and did'nt get my period for about 2 months afterwards.

If this is your first period you body might be going through quite a bit. I had rather bad lower stomach pains. Also being irritable or just moody in general. I would also go from being hot to cold or vice versa.
Tthat being said i got my first period then didn't get another for 6 months and after that is was on an irregular cycles till collage. (not trying to scare you) If the pains go away with a warm bath they are probable period cramps I would wait a couple weeks (unless the pain gets worse) and see where you stand. You could always ask a parent, a health teacher, or your dr. just to be safe.

I usually get a stomach ache before i get it... but i also get a weird feeling that i will get it. You should know if you get it or not.
