Question: Period late?? why??help?
And I missed my period last night ...I usually NEVER miss and ive had it since june... But I Have all of the symptoms like I was pissed off a lot and had constant headaches and back pain.. thing is the day before it was supposed to come I masturbated then I was Constipated to the point where I was in tears.... So whats wrong I felt dripping today and had cramps and its just discharge not my period :/

Don't panic hun this is perfectly normal for your age, to have had regular periods this long was lucky most teen girls suffer with random periods, they can be early, late or not even show at all! It's all part of bieng a teenager. Masturbation makes no difference to your periods nor does constipation. As for the constipation tell your mum she can get something to help you go just in case it happens again, as for the period? It'll come when it's good and ready hun. x
