Question: Period 4 Days Before Pack Ends?
I just started my Ortho Tri Cyclen (Trinessa) last month. I just started the ones in the middle, and have 3 left (are those placebo's or something?). I just started my period today, and I think it's because teh doctor put me on prescription Aspirin for swelling in my neck. So should I just stop taking the last 3 and start my new pack when my period is done? I am not sexually active(never have been), so no worries there. I don't know if the one's in the middle are placebos or normal ones? Please help. Thanks.

is there 21 or 28 pills in your pack ? if theres 28 7 (they should be a different color or labelled differently) of them are just sugar pills so your period should come after about 2 days of the sugar pills and not the real ones. if theres 21 just keep taking them untill theres none left, wait 7 days then start your new pack. (there also should be instructions that came with the package, try reading those)
