Why on earth would you want to tighten your vagina?

Vaginal tightness isn't a good thing, considering that during arousal your vagina becomes looser and that is a positive thing during sex, your vagina cannot really become 'tight', you can strengthen your vaginal muscles but that won't make your vagina tight as much as it would give you more control over muscles during sex. Having children does not stop you from being tight either, your vagina is elastic, even after childbirth (c-section is also an option that does not require vaginal birth) muscles recover and the vagina heals, so there is no reason for it to effect vaginal tightness, particularly not if you do kegals - these are what strengthen vaginal muscles, during sex you can tense these to squeeze the penis, but they do not increase tightness per say.

Kegals are done by tensing the pubococcygeus muscles of the pelvic floor - to find these either stop your flow of urine mid-flow (don't do this often) or insert your finger and try to tense the vaginal muscles to determine which muscles to work. Ether flex ten times, do three sets for s total of thirty flexes, so this three times a day, OR flex muscles and hold for two to four seconds, relax for ten minutes, do ten sets three times a day. You can also use aids such as barbells (lay down on your back, and flex your vagina around the barbell), balls (insert them and go about your normal routine, use vaginal muscles to cletch to keep in place), or pelvic toners (lay down on your back, and flex your vagina to close the toner), various other tools too, all normally very overpriced and no better than doing normal kegals without such tools.
