I don't get it all the time, just certain days, and I do not know why.

This isn't daily discharge like everyone else is saying... but it's still not bad, it's perfectly normal. You're ovulating, it's where you discharge an egg, it's part of your menstrual cycle. It can be runny and clear or really sticky.

There's nothing wrong, it's just the natural lubrication it makes to stay wet

Its normal, happens to all women.
