I haven't had sex, so why is my period late?!
Question: I haven't had sex, so why is my period late?
I am 20 years old. I haven't had sex. I have had sperm on me before, but not near or on my vagina. I always wear underwear and so does my boyfriend.
My period is about 50 days late. I don't always have a regular cycle. It pretty much gets here when it wants to. I am just worried.
I have changed the way I eat A LOT! I eat more healthy foods and a lot less food than I used to. I also exercise more than I used to. (I exercise about 30 minutes just about every day.) I have also been under a great amount of stress. My job and college keep me pretty stressed out.
Could it be that the drastic changes in my diet and workout routine + the stress from work and school have affected my cycle?
I have started to ovulate a little bit lately. (it's white and stretchy with maybe a tinge of yellow to off white coloring with little or no odor.)

did you get drunk lately - mybe your boyfriend "diddled" you when you were drunk
It's the stress; stress causes a late period often.
