Yeah, it sounds like a rash. Get over your pride and go see a doctor; I guarantee you won't be the most unusual/gross/humiliating case of the day.
I'm going to get on my soapbox for a minute here. Doctors are medical professionals who spend more than a decade of their lives training to practice medicine. You are absolutely insulting them by making this out to be some sort of "oh no the doctor will laugh at me" type scenario. Just because you're immature doesn't mean that the doctor treating you will be.

I understand your embarrassment. It sounds like Thrush. Go to your chemist and buy some Canestan cream or some sort of anti-fungal cream! It should go within a few days! If not then you should probably go to the doctor. Good luck!!
