do they get pain because of masturbation wit a toy ? or is it because of bleeding during period ?

If you toy your vagina with hi speed it may touch inner parts so you may get stomach pain. There will be lot of causes for stomach pain. It is better to consult a doctor.

If it is on a monthly cycle, its menstruation cramps, if it is more persistent and the pain happens all the time then that it may be ulcer, Endometriosis or some other form of tissue that is not supposed to be there.

Umm...I guess you're talking about cramps? If so, that's just pain from the uterus contracting. Which is normal, and even girls who aren't a virgin will get cramps like that.
