what are the chances of getting pregnant while on birth control? should i use a !

Question: What are the chances of getting pregnant while on birth control? should i use a condom with my husband?
i just started birth control and i've been on i 21 days, the times of when i was taking it during the day had got messed up. i normally take it at 430 everyday but last night i was stuck at my child's school talent show, and went right after work. i didn't get to take it until 930ish. i know you're supposed to take it around the same time each day but will that really make a difference? should i always take it before sex?

I doubt five hours would make a difference. Find a regular time to take it, like with breakfast. And it is a long-term action, so before sex should make no difference.

Pills are more than 99% effective preventing pregnancy. Condoms can help prevent spread of disease, unlike the pill, and can add that extra measure of pregnancy prevention if you want it.

Look on the leaflet in the pack or do a search online - type in the name of your pill.
With most you are safe if you only miss one day, so a few hours - no worries.

Isn't that question" Should I use A condom with My Husband" be discussed with HIM (instead of "over the net?)
