Whats the chance of pregnancy if I take all these precautions?!

Im married but im still in college so the last thing I need right now is a child. I have the implanon birth control. Its the rod that they implant in your arm that has like a .02 % faliure rate. Its said to be one of the most effective forms of birth control availible. I was just wondering if I use that plus have my husband where a condom with spermicide, what are the chances off getting pregnant?
