Feeling pregnant 2 months after tubal! is this possible? plz HELP!?!

ok I had my son in dec and got my tubes CUT; now I feel so pregnant. If I didnt have my tubal I would say that I was pregnant. I have not missed a period but I have had a light period and then had pink spotting for 2 days a week ago. I have two kids both were premies and have health problems (failed stress tests so had to be delivered) I had problems on the operating table and thats why I wanted the tubal (bp kept dropping and heart stopped with daughter; son kept throwing up and dizzy with bp dropping) so I cant afford to chance another pregnancy; doc even told me that I needed tubal cuz didnt know how I would carry or deliver another baby.
I am so scared right now; my boobs are extremely sore; I have severe cramping (not like a period though, the cramp that doubles you over I had them when I was pregnant) I am really moody (thought it was just left over from delivering).
Is it possible to be pregnant? has anyone else ever had this happen or heard of it?
I had my period 2-5; is their anyway to get an accurate pregnancy test (at home or with doc) this early or do I have to wait?
