I will recommend you to make a habit to go to toilet during the night time. For this, have an alarm of 8:00AM & similar. This will help you.

My little cousin of 8 years faces similar problems, a few months back. He pee in the bed feeling that he is peeing in the toilet or somewhere else. This happens everytime (Twice in a week) with him as he is too young but you are a well-grown, so this doesn't happen regularly with you as your mind is a lot mature.

After that, we made his habit to go to toilet at around 3:00AM. Again, I will recommend one more thing, before going to sleep, please spray a little water around your ankle. This helps to relax while sleeping.

Another point, actually brain feels that you need to go to toilet as there is a pressure for it. So, brain tries to make you wake but it is not possible, so it try to show us such a dream related to the same, so that we can wake up.

Last suggestion, don't drink too much of water before going to sleep. We had implemented this to my cousin and is really helpful.

A lot of personal experience in this matter.

It basically means you had to go pee so you were dreaming about it. It's happened to me to when I was around 9, but I woke myself up just as I was about to pee so it was just in time.
Next time you dream about peeing, try and wake yourself up. :o

It's often anxiety.

could be diet, caffeine, salty food, meds, many other reasons.

wake up earlier? sounds like you have to pee when you wake up, get up at 9 and you can prevent it
