Is there something wrong?!

I am on my period and i was just laying in bed talking to my booyfriend on the phone and i got kinda sharp pains going up my back and i started feeling really sick.. It kinda felt like i had to go to the restroom but i couldnt..and it also felt like i was sick...but i didnt throw up...my legs also hurt and my stomachs starting to hurt bad.....i also have a headache..i havent slept since 12 lastnight....i panic when i think somethings wrong with me...wat could it be??
