Take a balloon and rub vasoline on it for a minute. The balloon will pop. That's what will happen to the condom if you use two at a time. If you use three at a time then the condom wont pop, but your penis will.
NO. sorry to say, your health teacher is wrong. If you wear multiple condoms, they rub together and tear. Which completely defeats the purpose of a condom. Wear one and that's it. Hope this helped! (:
