Periods; should I be concerned?!

Question: Periods; should I be concerned?
My periods are always around 50 days apart. I read somewhere that you're not meant to have periods with over 35 days in between. Should I be worried?
I'm 16 years old and I've been on my period since I was about 11. They've always been regular.

That is a bit far apart. If it were 40 days, I'd not be concerned. but 50 days is a lot. You may want to see a gynecologist just to make sure everything is all right. It could be that you have PCOS, for example. Or 50 days may very well be normal and fine for you.

I don't think that you should worry, since they are always regular and continue to be 50 days apart. Everybody is different and as long as you are getting them and everything else is alright, then you should be fine. But if it worries you then maybe go and see a doctor, just for your own piece of mind!

Everyone is different but the average is every 28 days but you are ok but if worried talk to your doctor or family planning clinic.

its fine everyones periods are different

It's all unique but you ask your doctor.
