They can tell protein traces (present in semen) but if a condom was used then no.
No, a doctor cannot determine sexual intercourse through a urine analysis, and even if the doctor knew, he or she would not tell the patient's parents (unless it was sexual abuse, then the doctor would have to alert child protection)

No but they will ask about sexual partners and stuff and you need to be honest. They won't tell your parents. It's not like you killed someone its just sex. Doctors know people have sex.
No. And even if he could its patient/doctor confidentiality so no he couldnt tell her parents.
