Vaginal bleeding and cramping. Is this a miscarriage? :/?!

Question: Vaginal bleeding and cramping. Is this a miscarriage? :/?
I've had the flu for about 6 days, if that matters. I've been carrying for about 13 weeks. I went to the bathroom, and saw something I hadn't in months- a spot of blood on my panties. Sure enough, I am bleeding (lightly at the moment), and getting minor cramping. Last night, I felt a lot of sharp stabbing pains in that area (uterus). This is my first pregnancy, not sure what's going on. Help.

It could be a miscarriage but if there was not A LOT of blood than i wouldn't worry to much. I would just go get checked they can do a ultra sound and check for the heart beat. Don't worry yourself because it is no good for the baby to be under stress. Cramping can also be normal through out a pregnancy and its also normal for some bleeding. I had bleeding a lot throughout my pregnancies but not a lot at the same time. Don't stress just go to the Dr. right away. Take care and Good luck. God Bless you and you baby.

You need to seek medical advice as soon as possible it may be that it is signs of a miscarriage but without seeing you and examining you no one could say see a doctor/go to an ER now
