Tampax Pearl Tampon Hurts?!

Question: Tampax Pearl Tampon Hurts?
Yesterday was my first time wearing a tampon, and the Tampax Pearl hurt, so i tried Kotex and it was fine. Im sure im putting them in good because im holding it where it says to.. And i put it in the right place.. Its not leaking but i can feel it and it hurts to sit and walk.

I like Kotex best, but i want to know what if im doing something wrong, if thats the case.

That happened to me the first time I wore a tampon too. I put in a Tampax Pearl, and it was super painful. I could barely walk. I may've inserted it wrong though since it was my first time, but I don't really remember. Anyways, so then I took it out about an hour later (because the pain was unbearable) and inserted a Kotex brand tampon, and it was soooo much more comfortable. That was a while back, but they have new Kotex U tampons now. They're fantastic! Everyone I know loves 'em. So try those and make sure you read the directions thoroughly to insure you're doing it right.

I use tampax pearl and I love it, but everyone's different
this happened to me too with my first time using a tampon. honestly the best advice I can give you is basically take one day to practice using it. a good day would be a day when you are staying home and not doing anything. just practice having a tampon in, and if anything goes wrong- you're not in public, just in front of your family, so it doesnt matter lol
after a while you get really used to it i promise :D

I had the same problem; I hate Tampax Pearl! Taking it out was what hurt, and it filled too quickly.

Playtex Sport was the way to go for me, and it works fine, same with U by Kotex.

Stick with Kotex,, maybe you just needed to put it up further.

just stick with kotex if you're most comfortable with them.

don't stick a tampon up your vagina if it's uncomfortable for you lol.

Then stick with kotex. Different brands work better for different girls. Some prefer Tampax, and some prefer other brands. I think you should try a good amount to know which one to stick with.

first time using tampons always hurts.

just make sure you're inserting it far enough
