Are you considered 4 wks pregnant once you get a + pregnancy test?!

Question: Are you considered 4 wks pregnant once you get a + pregnancy test?
I'm pretty sure I ovulated on the 2nd of Feb, and exactly 6 days later (the 8th) I started having little pokes and pinching feelings on the left side of my uterus. I took a test two days later, and it was negative, and then two days after that I took one and it was positive(12th), they continue to be positive. What I'm wondering though is am I farther along because I implanted so early? I know that usually 12-14dpo you get a positive, where I got mine at 10dpo. Should I consider myself 4 weeks at the 10dpo mark when I got my first positive? Or go by the basic guidelines? (which I would be 4 weeks 3 days). Lots of info! thanks for the help :)

It really could be either of those! Some women can get a + at 8dpo...i guess you'll find out for sure when you get an ultrasound ;)
