Any woman who can help me?!

Here my problem ; I am 68 yrs and my vagina is very dry > I saw my doctor and he prescribe me a Premarin cream ; but the dosage is so small that it does help just for a few days and sometimes a few week > I talk to him about this inconvenient ; and he told me ; well there some hormones in this cream and I cannot prescribe you more than this ; because its dangerous for cancer ; but in the mean time I am the one who has the discomfort . Any advice on what I can use for some relief
