What can be the cause of asymmetrical stomach and low belly button?!


Question: What can be the cause of asymmetrical stomach and low belly button?
I have noticed that my belly button is kinda low on my stomach, sagging down and also skewed to the left, and I'm not even overweight, I'm 111, 5'3". The faint thin tummy hairs I have that should be going through the middle of my stomach instead is curved towards the left if I look closely. I've NEVER been pregnant I'm only 17 so what could be the cause of this ?

thats kind of weird, its like your stomach has scoliosis...
