Does exercise decrease breast size?!

Question: Does exercise decrease breast size?
I plan on exercising more now that the weather is getting warmer, and I was wondering if it will make my breasts smaller. They're currently a 32I, so the smaller the better! They're pretty solid (not fatty), so how much smaller would they get? Are there any specific exercises that would be best for trying to decrease breast size, or are they all the same? Thanks!

Yes but you can't tell by how much smaller they'll get.. Everybodies body is different!

32 I ???? As in bigger than DD and E, F, G ,H ? If they're that big, you need breast reduction surgery or you'll have some serious back problems!

Edit: I would still suggest getting the reduction surgery. Or you could suffer the rest of your life with problems, sorry to say </3.
If they aren't fatty, then exercise will probably not work. Also since you're only a 32 you sound very slim with just a big chest. Just wait it out until you're 18. Focus on your posture and stand and sit up tall until then.

I know someone with size E or F and they have horrible back pains all the time.

wow. That is alot of boob. lol

I don't think they decrease with exercise, but the hormones in your body do change. The exercise produces more testosterone, wich I guess could decrease the size but i'm not sure.

The breasts specifically can not change size much from exercise. However, developing pectoral muscles can greatly improve their esthetics.

I have recently lost 40 lbs, and my breasts have stayed the same size. Everyone's body loses weight differently.

A lot of it depends on your height and weight, not so much your age. It CAN cause your breasts to decrease in size because of the fat loss.
