Do you shave down there? It sounds like an infected ingrown hair. Those are PAINFUL! I had one so bad that it hurt to walk. I made an appointment with my Gyn to have it lanced but the pain was so bad, I could not wait. I held a hot rag on it, sterilized a razor and made a small cut in it to drain the infection. I also had to squeeze some to get it all out but it was instant relief! I know that sounds nasty but if that's what it is, I highly recommend it!

I don't know for sure without an examination, but the most common "bumps" in the vaginal area are benign cysts. Warm, dark, moist environments are the ideal places for them to form. See your OB/GYN to be sure.

I think you should probably get it checked out it could be as simple as an ingrown hair or could be the start of warts or some sexual disease. My best advice go to a doctor.

Could be a pimple, is very likely a cyst. Most of us get them, I have them sometimes as well. They usually go away on their own, just leave it alone.

It might be an ingrown hair. Go to your doctor and have them check it out. Worst case, it is and STD.

Well, there are several things. You could have an STD. You could have an ingrown hair. I'd bet on the latter.
