i think balls, i haven't seen a girl on the floor not being able to walk after getting hit in the boobs you will see guys on the floor dropping like flies everytime they get hit in the balls :))

i would say the balls, but sometimes when my sister and I are fighting she will hit me in the vagina which hurts about the same when a guy gets punched/ kicked in the balls. 'cause when we get hit, they hit bone, not your balls

Since people with breasts do not typically have testicles, no one can accurately compare the two pains, as no one has felt both sensations to tell you about them.
