Question: Do you think i weigh enough?
im 5'3 and i weigh 100
Im a 19 year old girl
Do you think i should weigh 120?
I want to build muscle but im really skinny i want to be toned ect.
Any idea of how much im suppoed to weigh?

If you eat healthy and exercise you will weigh what you should weigh.
Height/weight charts are misleading and do not really tell you what you should weigh.
You can become toned and gain muscle mass and will probably gain weight.
Don't focus on numbers on a scale, just be healthy.
Stay away from junk food.
Your weight is normal.

For an 19 year old 5'3'' is pretty short and 100 lbs is kinda under weight but you can fix that !
I'd recommend you a healthy eating lifestyle, you should definitely eat more and not on junk and do loads of exercise to tone up your body and turn fat into muscle :)
you can eat fruits lots of them, vegetables MEATS and chocolate to put up some weight.
Yeah 120 sounds good i'd even suggest around 122.
for example if you eat 3 large spoons of rice in a meal make it 4/5 and the most important thing is that you feel full but on healthy food and your food has to contain protein, energy and fat.
Also if that doesn't work go see your doctor if you don't have anemia or anything.
