Question: Depo Provera 3 month shot?

I know taking pills can regulate your period, but does getting the Depo Provera shot regulate them also or is just birth control. It's that shot you take every 3 months.

And, did it work well for you ladies, or give you any crazy side effects?

Depo Provera shot actually stops your period, that's why women love it so much. lf you are looking to regulate your period then l'd see a doctor about fertility treatments such as Clomid.

You said you want to conceive, less likely on birth controll. Let your periods regulate themselves, that's what I did and I charted my periods and ovulation and just had my baby girl.I suggest you get the book "what to expect BEFORE your expecting" it has everything you need to know about birth controls and conception.

I was on the depo shot at one time and it can make you not have a period for almost 6 months but it can after a while make u not have a period at all. I don't like it cuse it will make u gain wight and eat alot.
