Period swimming !!! HELP?!


Question: Period swimming !!! HELP?
Today I have swim practice soo of course I started my period this morning. I never wore a tampon and don't want to ! Can u wear pads in a pool?? We aren't aloud to wear shorts and we go from doing stuff outta the pool to inside. So I can't just wear nothing !!! What would u do??? Thanks

no u cant wear a pad cos it will soak up all the water, explode and make a big mess starting from you
just tell your teacher its the time of the month and she wil let u sit out

either don't go swimming or wear tampons... i personally don't wear tampons, but my friend had this swimming competition and it was her second day so she wore tampons and it was fine...but pad in the pool is a bad idea...

Either don't swim or you have to wear a tampon

No pads in the pool they absorb all the water they can and swell up huge so everyone would see it plus its just not hygienic.

you have know other choice but to use a tampon or just don't go swimming and no, pads wont do the trick when swimming.

Either insert a tampoon or don't swim .
