Just start talking to your mom about your personal problems...that is what she is there for....maybe in the car when there is just the 2 of you...or while you are doing dishes...that's when I used to have good conversations w/my mom. She will be happy to help you...and glad you confided in her.
Your bra size just depends on your body. Get out a measuring tape and measure yourself to get a bra that fits properly.
