It's possible you have a semen allergy. Put a small bit of his semen on your skin (such as your hand or arm) and wait. If you experience itching, burning or irritation of any kind in that very spot then you know for sure. It's possible to desensitize an allergy with repeated exposure. You could try that, or simply avoid his semen altogether.

Just don't forget HIS feelings in this matter. The idea that his semen hurts you likely will not make him feel good. Make it clear with him that this is a physical issue and it has nothing to do with your feelings for him.

So many people say this, but I have never experienced it. My friend said just going down on her boyfriend gives her a sore throat, but I love doing it. Maybe eat a peppermint before hand? That would heighten the experience for him, as well.

swallowing should not cause your throat to be sore, more likely you have a cold, or the skin at the back or your throat has become more tender, and the semen is irritating it
