Menstrual Twice A Month!?!

I have gotten my period twice a month for the past 4 months and the 1st time its always normal I always have lots of pain the 1st and 2nd day but then it goes away. But every time I get it a 2nd time in the same month everything is so much worse. I get forrible cramps for the first few days and on the 1st and 2nd day I'm very weak I get chills and have fevers around 101. My body aches horribly and I am always exhausted and sensitive to bright lights (I don't know if this matters) but its just a horrible feeling. I always feel like I'm going to collapse at any minute. I have an appt for March 25 but I really don't want to wait so long because by then I would be getting it for the 2nd time for that month. Any suggestions?!?! I also have my period right now for the 2nd time in february.
