i am going to the doctors tomorrow but i dont know what to say???? females pleas!

Maybe you can say "chest" instead of "boob" ?

Before you go into the doctors office or when you are waiting, listen to your favorite song to help relax.

just say to your doctor, " the thing is i have noticed a lump in my breast which is worrying me"
your doctor will have to examine you which will require you to remove your bra, lift your arm above your head and your doctor will feel around your boob. i know its embarrassing but it's better to be safe than sorry.
i hope all goes well and there was nothing to worry about :)

Just remember that doctors,. male or female look at hundreds of people every day. talk with embarrassed teens and old people alike. They are professionals and will treat you with respect and be friendly.

I hope ur ok diseases suck but theres a 90% of full recovery if u cought it early

i am sure you will be fine and just tell them in your upper chest area on the right/left side there is a bump. that is all i would do. and i have been many times. they just want to help...
