How to grow a few more inches after puberty? Help, please?!?!
Question: How to grow a few more inches after puberty? Help, please?!?
I'm 13 and 5'2". I want to grow a few more inches. I'm on a diet right now and salsa dance for hours and playing futbol as my exercise. I do stretches everyday to improve my flexibility, though. What kind of exercises/stretches should I do to increase height?
I know height is genetics or whatnot, so here are the info.
MOM: 5'2"
DAD: 5'7"
OLDEST BROTHER: 6'0"
OLDER BROTHER: 5'7"
OLDER SISTER: 5'4"
*Is it true that I'll be 1 or 2 inches taller than my mom before I reach my adult height?
*Is it true that after 2 years of my period, my spine will stop growing but my legs can still grow? (I got my period when I was 10.)
P.S: My older brother's married and already have two kids. I used to be as tall as his son (who is the eldest) but he's taking these stuff to increase height. The last time I saw him he was about 5'8.5". Does he take height pills? Are there such thing? Are they safe to take for me? (His daughter is like 9 years old still but freaky enough, she's almost as tall as me.)
Thanks for your time! And yes, I AM a 13 year old teenage girl and my parents taught me how to write proper grammar and spelling, in case you're wondering. :)

I don't know but I think you should tell your doctor about this. Maybe she/he can tell you a better answer. Hope this helps.
Before you go bragging about your grammar skills you should learn about run-on sentences. :)
